How do I get more views on youtube?

Title says all, but how do I get more trafficking to my youtube website because I want more views/subscribers/comments/ overall popularity in my video’s but it just seems that all I do fails miserably. (sorry for the run-ons) Also, not to advertise or anything, but what am I doing wrong here. www.youtube.com/underagerejects

Put more tags even though they’re not really related to your video

and make sure your videos are interesting, not just catering to a specific type of people.
